Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art practiced for meditation and health benefits. Join experienced instructor Tsui-Lien Chang for a beginner-friendly class with options to participate either standing or sitting in a chair. All materials are provided, but please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable shoes. This class is free of charge, and will be held indoors in the community room.
